Barreiro, a journey between the industrial history in Portugal and the modernity of street art.

In a privileged location on the Tagus River, Barreiro is a concept that has been modernized over the last few years. From the discovery end we expect a journey through time through ancient mountains, an abandoned station and urban art by Vhils, Odheit or Bordalo II. We were inspired by the industrial past that offers Barreiro strong economic and social development. CUF’s first large factory was installed in Barreiro in 1907 and the depressed company operated in areas as diverse as chemicals, tobacco or shipbuilding. And all just 20 minutes from the Capital for a privileged view over Lisbon.
